Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes will be prorated based on your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers for Kenyan businesses. International options available for Enterprise plans.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No, all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. You can cancel anytime.
How does the Pay-Per-Use option work?
With Pay-Per-Use, we deduct 10% from each completed transaction. There's no monthly fee, so you only pay when you're making money. If your 10% fees would exceed the Professional plan price (KSh 3,990), we automatically switch you to save you money.
